Yes, a $50.00 non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. The balance will be due the week of your event. The retainer is non-refundable, but we can apply your retainer towards a different date if you need to cancel or reschedule. We keep retainers on file for one year.
No. The delivery & setup fee will depend on the location of your event. Please refer to the information below to determine your delivery fee:
Event is within 10 miles of 75115 = $25 delivery & setup fee
Event is 10 - 20 mile outside of 75115 = $50 delivery & set up fee
Event is 20 - 30 mile outside of 75115 = $75 delivery & set up fee
Event is 30 - 50miles outside 75115 = $100 delivery & set up fee
Event is 51 miles or more outside of 75115 is condisered an Extended/Out of Town Delivery
*Extended/Out of Town Deliveries = $2 per mile - Please submit an inquiry to confirm your location and delivery fee total.
For your protection and peace of mind, we offer an Optional Stain Protection Plan of $10.99. Due to the nature of our bounce houses, we charge a $80.00 Stain Removal and Cleaning Fee if there are any tough stains and scuffs we have to address following your rental.
If you opt in to purchase the Stain Protection Plan, the plan will cover your cleaning and removal responsibility of any stains or scuffs that may occur during your rental.
If you opt out, any stains or scuffs found on our units after your rental will be subject to the $80.00 Stain Removal and Cleaning Fee.
The Stain Protection Plan ONLY protects you against stains and scuffs; not physical damage to our units.
We take cleaning VERY seriously. We disinfect our bounce houses and party rentas before each event. We use disinfectants that are safe for adults and children, and are proven effective against viruses.
We will ONLY set up our bounce houses on Grass, Turf, Concrete and Carpet.
Yes, we can set up at most indoor venues. Please confirm with your venue prior to booking with us.
8 hours of play is the maximum amount of hours included in your rental rate. If you wish to have a rental for longer, it is $50 per additional hour.
Our delivery, set up and pick up schedule is based on your event’s time and location. We will set times for the process at booking.
If it is raining the day of your event and you decide to cancel, you are able to reschedule for any future date that is available. Light rain will not hurt our inflatables. We encourage you not to cancel due to rain, as most times it is only scattered showers. If you choose to continue with your event, please have a Plab B prepare for set up. We can set up indoors, like in your garage and living room as long as space allows.
No exceptions. You have until 8:00am the morning of your rental to let us know if you are going to postpone.
In all weather circumstances, the inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 25 mph.
Our Movie Rental Set Up cannot withstand any rain due to the projector and speaker equipment. You may choose to cancel or to postpone your rental to any future date. If the Rental is already set up at your event and it begins to rain, you must bring the equipment inside immediately.
Balloon Garlands are NOT included. We do not offer balloon installation services at this time. However, there are many balloon artists who are skilled at this! Please see our "Preferred Vendors" tab for the contact information of our favorite Balloon Artists!

No Gum, No Face Paint, No Candy, Food or Drinks are allowed inside any inflatable.
No Silly String shall be allowed inside or in a close proximity outside where it may come in contact with our inflatable. If Silly String comes in contact with any part of our inflatable damage charges may be assessed.
Absolutely NO flips, wrestling, or other forms of rough housing are allowed in the inflatable.
Participants in a bouncer and generally all inflatables should be grouped according to age and size.
Participants should not sit or lay down while others are bouncing around them, as a jumping child could fall down on top of a sitting or lying child.
Do not run or jump through the entrance into or out of the inflatable.
Do not jump on the entry step of any inflatable.
Do not climb on the exterior of the inflatable.
